What do I need to do to become an Adviser on your platform?

How do you determine that this question is relevant for me?

Good question!
We are training our AI model to match your experience with the questions we received.
But NO ONE in the World, except you, will be able to say for sure whether you can help or not. That is why the decisive choice is yours - read the short request and assess whether you have the knowledge to help in this situation.
But hurry to respond! Because we select only the first five Advisers who respond to the request - ASAP.

Why do you claim that this is an "unlimited source" of my potential customers?

Because you don't need to "look for" anyone. Yes, it is! There is no need to build a personal brand and attract customers. Be honest with us, tell us about your experience and we will find great clients just for you! And it's completely free! We'll only take money from a successful match, that will bring you money.

And if we agreed with a Seeker on the completion of tasks after consulting - do you charge any commission for this? Like, freelance tasks?

You know, no. We don't want to. Give a cool consultation, attract people to your next paid services and earn honest money from it. For now, we only take money for the match between you and a client for your knowledge. And that's all :)

How can I be sure that I'll get money for consulting?

When consulting takes place outside our platform, there is a possibility of not receiving funds after consulting, or many Seekers are not willing to pay large sums of money to strangers for consulting of unclear quality.

We are a guarantor of quality consultation. One of the guarantees for this is the transfer of funds by us. Confirmation of your contact with a Seeker is the freezing of funds for one hour of consultation. If the consultation was successful (we learn this from the feedback from both parties), then the Advisor receives funds for his work. That is why in consultations through Insight.Me, Seeker, and Advisor will have the first up to 5 minutes to assess whether a match has taken place and they can communicate effectively.

Is there a rating system? Are there any fines, etc.?

At the end of each meeting, each of the consultation participants evaluates it according to two parameters - how useful the meeting was and how pleasant the meeting was. These metrics will be included in the evaluation system in the first stage.

As for fines, the worst thing for us is if you respond to questions that you really can't help with. This will harm both your reputation and ours. Therefore, you have the opportunity to refuse the meeting within the first 5 minutes, if you understand that you will not be able to provide quality advice. In cases of abuse of this rule - the first time we issue a warning and send back money for consultation, the second time - we'll ban you forever. And all this only for the reason that we respect the time of all of us :)
